Destiny is the computer program that all schools in the Canyons district use for the media center. It is the system that is used to catalogue books, check in/out books, and many other necessary library functions. The nice thing about Destiny is that students may create a personal account where they can view many aspects of their library activity.
On Destiny, students may do the following:
- Look up books
- Put books on hold
- View their current check outs
- View their fines
- Check the barcode number for math books and other textbooks
To log in to your Destiny account, please follow the steps below (you will need internet access):
1. Go to this link: Destiny Midvale Middle School
2. On the top right hand corner of the page, click "login"
3 3. Username is the first letter of the student's first name, the first three letters of his/her last name, and the last four digits of their student number.
4. The password is their student number.

5. You are done! You can now browse, look at "My Info" and see what books we have in the library. You can also renew your books, create lists, review books, see what you've checked out, and much more.
